ABOUT THE TEAM:

The business systems sub-group of the Information Technology (“IT”) group drives secure and scalable adoption of technologies that enable BABVIP’s scale. This is a new group where you will be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding team as we aim to radically innovate the foundational infrastructure of our technology supporting these critical groups.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The Application Developer will build and maintain non-Salesforce systems. They will configure, integrate and troubleshoot in Outreach, Drift, Lean Data, Ironclad and DocuSign. They will apply their web development knowledge to build custom solutions and integrations. They will identify, assess and recommend 3rd party solutions to add to the Sales and Marketing platform

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Software Application Development (Bug Fixes & Enhancements) on custom and 3rd party applications using Object Oriented design methodologies and web programming languages - J2EE, JSON, PHP, Python, SOAP, REST, SQL, XML/HTML
• Administration of the 3rd party software and custom applications; responsibilities include customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, user interfaces, workflow, business rules, approvals, dashboards, reports, etc.
• Deliver Automation of tasks/service requests
• Review and optimization of integrations in and out of 3rd party applications; i.e. Outreach, Lean Data, Drift, people.ai, Sales Navigator, Ironclad, DocuSign
• Technical components performance optimization, design and development of common frameworks on custom and 3rd party applications
• Perform trend analysis, and develop action plans for improving SLAs and reducing case volume and problems
• Incident troubleshooting, resolution and technical root cause analysis to address technical issues
• Identify business risks, inefficiencies, issues and opportunities related to custom and 3rd party applications
• Create documentation, maintain standardization and look for ways to continuously improve Sales & Marketing processes & procedures in custom and 3rd party applications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• You bring 3 years of web, database and interface development experience to the BABVIP team
• You bring thought leadership to recommend ideas to improve the Sales and Marketing experience in custom and 3rd party applications
• You are a clear and concise communicator that can converse with technical developers as easily as functional subject matter experts
• You are a self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
• You have hands-on experience troubleshooting technical issues on custom and 3rd party applications end-to-end (Application, Database, Network & Integration layers)
• Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users
