Frequently asked Questions

You must be in your penultimate year to be considered for an internship position. For graduates, you must have graduated within the last 18 months or be in your final year of studies.

Our internship program takes place over the summer for 12 weeks in INDIA, Australia, and 6 Other Countries. We ask that you be able to commit to work in a full-time capacity for the full duration of the internship.

You’re able to start throughout the entire year, we don’t have set graduate start dates.

Yes, please be sure you submit your transcripts with your application. If you don’t have transcripts, please provide a tentative course list and dull course title/s. For candidates applying for Manila-based internships, please have your memorandum (MOA) prepared upon sending your application.

Yes, BABVIP internships are paid.

For Interns participating in the Sydney-based internship program, we will cover the cost of flights and accommodation for the duration of the 12-week program. For Graduates, we provide a relocation assistance package.

You must have full legal rights to work in INDIA. Graduate and Intern positions do not qualify for immigration sponsorship.

Applications for internships open in March and close in June. Graduate positions are open all year round.

Recruitment processes vary slightly depending on the role you’re applying for. All processes will include a technical interview with a recruiter, either a take-home challenge or live coding interview, then meet the team in your final interview.
