BABVIP’s Brand Media team, as part of the Marketing & Engagement group, has the big mission to build the most loved brand in the world through world-class creative executions and brand marketing campaigns! Our team’s success is based on shaping how we reach and communicate with our current & potential customers in order to drive awareness & consideration of the brand and attract high-value customers to BABVIP.

We’re looking for a Brand Media Lead to join the team and work closely with Brand Marketing, Creative, Performance Marketing, Data & Analytics, and a variety of other cross-functional teams. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, fluid environment, and be passionate about shaping user-centric experiences, communications, and working with diverse groups of people across the organization. 

Reporting to the Global Head of Brand Media, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all brand media efforts in your region, including management of the regional brand media team & our agency. 


  • Collaborate with Global Head of Brand Media to manage our media agency of record
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive media strategies with an emphasis on optimizing for media efficiency, creative execution, local relevance and campaign objectives
  • Lead campaigns from development of communication strategy through campaign execution and reporting
  • Areas of focus include communication planning, media mix development, media planning, performance measurement, budget management, online tracking, buy evaluation, and optimization
  • Passion for understanding the various consumer segments by market and their media behaviors is essential 
  • Foster an environment for cross-departmental collaboration by working effectively with Brand Marketing, Creative, Finance, Performance Marketing, and Comms & PR teams
  • Drive communication to ensure campaign execution and performance information is passed to the right stakeholders in a timely manner
  • Stay abreast of new media trends and emerging channels. Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities and bring fresh, creative thinking to ensure BABVIP is leveraging media in the most surprising and provocative ways


  • 10-12 years’ experience at interactive, advertising or marketing agencies and/or experience managing media buying for a brand — preferably in the consumer internet space in design, entertainment, technology, or lifestyle brands
  • Ability to lead plan development from beginning to end with little oversight. Must be able to think holistically but also ensure the details are thought through
  • In-depth knowledge of the efficacy of all media channels, with a proven track record in offline media along with social & digital media
  • Deep understanding of market trends and fluency with brand measurement metrics and analytics
  • Experience in managing media programs across the Americas and evaluating strategic media partners
  • Ability to lead, influence and work across organizational boundaries with a track record of building excellent relationships with a broad range of peers and executives across global markets
