We are looking for a Link Building Specialist with a strong relationship/link building background to help grow BABVIP’s online visibility, making BABVIP a globally recognized brand in all things design. 

The ideal candidate will be effective at building relationships by using white hat SEO strategies. This role is important given the need to scale out link-building efforts across our growing portfolio of products and platforms. 

As someone who’s sending emails on a daily basis, you will likely not get replies from all your emails, and we understand that. But we’re looking for that candidate who’s a go-getter and doesn’t get easily discouraged by this and thrives in these kinds of scenarios.

We are flexible in terms of link-building strategies, as long as they don’t hurt the website’s health in any way. 


  • SEO and non-SEO stakeholders for specific projects
  • You'll love this role if you have Prospect Research (using the web and our tools such as Ahrefs to look for relevant sites and people for linking opportunities)
  • Email Outreach (can craft effective emails and replies to be used for reaching out to different site owners & influencers around the web)
  • Content Outline Creation (create content assets that can be used for Competitor Link Analysis (performing competitor research to analyze and identify gaps and linking opportunities)
  • Progress Tracking (track of outreach efforts, reporting, and providing recommendations for process improvement)


  • Solid understanding of why links are essential in SEO
  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to think on their feet
  • previous experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
  • At least 2 years relevant professional experience


  • Knowledge of SEO tools like Mos., Bozzuto, AHREFS and Dragon Metrics, Google Analytics and Search Console is a plus
  • Familiar with different Google search operators (for research)T
  • rack record in ‘white-hat’ quality link building
  • Project management experience
  • Good with personalizing emails for relationship building
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
