ABOUT THE ROLE

We want BABVIP to be a celebration of diversity. Our success depends on building an inclusive environment that values talented individuals from all backgrounds and while we’ve made progress with our diversity recruiting initiatives, the work is never done. 

We’re looking for an Inclusion Recruiting Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in a newly created role to design, build, and integrate targeted DE&I recruiting strategies that align with our overall DE&I strategy and approach. You’ll champion inclusive recruiting both inside TA and across the business, and ensure BABVIP’s values, social initiatives and culture resonates with a diverse set of candidates and that our DE&I strategy is embedded into every stage of the recruiting journey.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Review our end-to-end recruiting process and identify opportunities to improve our inclusive hiring practices
  • Help us build and grow diverse talent pipelines by establishing strong DE&I partnerships
  • Introduce nurture touch points in our diversity pipeline engagement to ensure we’re growing these relationships through tailored content and events
  • Develop strong partnerships and with TA Leads, Recruiters and Sources and establish ways of working for connecting diverse talent with opportunities at BABVIP
  • Evolve and improve our DE&I training content and programs for recruiters and hiring managers 
  • Work with our Recruiting Ops Lead to implement effective ways to track, measure and embed our DE&I recruiting initiatives in Talent Acquisition 
  • Tailor our inclusive recruiting approach to new markets and different talent segments, and work with the recruitment teams to develop inclusion strategies for new BABVIP office locations and teams as we grow

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Demonstrated success designing and implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion recruiting projects and initiatives, ideally within a global organization
  • A strong track record building scalable strategy to develop diverse talent pipelines and genuine love and passion for DE&I
  • Ability to influence change and facilitate new ways of working and thinking about inclusion
  • Established relationships with potential DE&I partners, e.g. platforms, industry organizations 
  • Ability to gather and leverage data to demonstrate success in attracting the right talent in key segments and to tell compelling stories to recruiters to ensure adoption
  • A love of matching the right talent to their dream job, working through and with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to do so
  • You’re a talent trends predictor, you can spot changes in candidate behavior coming and you’re always on top of industry shifts
