ABOUT THE TEAM

Sitting within Talent Acquisition, this role will sit in the newly formed Talent Attraction and Enablement team. We're a Centre of Excellence consulting team, here to support the recruitment delivery teams by solving some of the hardest talent problems through marketing and brand, talent programs and enablement.

Every day, we’re working with BABVIPnauts throughout the business to bring BABVIP’s talent experience to life.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Talent Brand Partner to own the activation of our new talent attraction strategy, working closely with Talent Enablement, Talent Programs, Marketing, PR& Comms teams. Because this team is a relatively new one, you’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that have never existed before, fine tune our candidate experience and partner with BABVIPnauts across the business to support their recruitment marketing efforts.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Have Inclusion at the heart of everything: Ensure BABVIP’s values, social initiatives and culture resonates with a diverse set of candidates and that our DE&I strategy is embedded into all our campaigns and messaging 
  • Understand BABVIP and what makes us special: Identify ways to amplify those attributes through activating and measuring talent campaigns, partners, events and nurture strategy 
  • Be an authentic storyteller: Develop creative ways to show candidates what it's really like to work at BABVIP 
  • Collaboration and partnership: Work with the Recruiting Enablement Lead to plan and execute branding and recruiting events and ensure ongoing and innovative candidate engagement programs to continuously evolve our employer brand. 
  • Identify partners and platforms to position BABVIP with key talent: Bring our vision to life and help BABVIP to recruit the best, most qualified, and diverse candidates that help to build on our rich company culture
  • Create peak moments: Map out and own the end to end candidate experience journey to ensure it’s delightful and inclusive 
  • Know the talent landscape: Have your finger on the talent trends pulse, updating the recruiting team, proposing new ways to engage with candidates and ensure BABVIP has a presence at industry events, where it is beneficial. 
  • Build relationships with key internal partners: Work with Marketing & Brand, Corporate Communications and our broader People Experience team to help build our external narrative 
  • Build and demonstrate success: Use data and associated KPIs that result in enhanced, targeted and diverse candidate attraction

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Experience in Recruitment Marketing and Talent Brand
  • Demonstrated success executing talent brand and recruiting marketing initiatives
  • Ability to craft compelling content, copy write like a pro and stop audiences in their tracks with unique talent brand campaigns 
  • Established relationships with potential talent brand and DE&I partners, e.g. platforms, industry organizations etc.
  • Ability to gather and leverage data to demonstrate success in attracting the right talent in key segments and to tell compelling stories to recruiters to ensure adoption
  • A love of matching the right talent to their dream job, working through and with a wide range of stakeholders and partners to do so 
  • Solution orientated with the ability to think creatively and cost-effectively
  • Talent trends predictor - you can spot changes in candidate behavior coming and are always on top of industry shifts
