THE ROLE:

This individual will be a key driver in the design, build and update of BABVIP’s sales technology ecosystem.  The ideal candidate has a breadth of experience across the sales tech stack and can work with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure all systems are operating at an optimal level.

This role will work collaboratively with colleagues and take the business lead to develop, evaluate, validate, implement, and maintain data collection systems and technology (either internally developed or subcontracted). Existing systems include: SFDC, Lean Data, People.ai., Guru, Outreach, LinkedIn, Clear bit and Lusah.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Own lead routing
  • Optimize sales engagement platform
  • Oversee user management
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of data management policies, guidelines and procedures (SOPs, training manuals, etc.) and compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices
  • Represent the data management team in cross functional meetings and to the executive team
  • Act as the SME for all data tools, Salesforce CRM, and the data integrity between applications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in working with various sales technologies
  • Very strong problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills and the able to interact with various levels within the organization
  • Salesforce experience a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present solutions clearly and effectively to a wide range of business leaders
  • At least one of the below
  • Certified Outreach Admin
  • Certified Lean Data Admin
  • Drift Admin
