ABOUT THE TEAM:
The business systems sub-group of the Information Technology (“IT”) group drives secure and scalable adoption of technologies that enable BABVIP’s scale. This is a new group where you will be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding team as we aim to radically innovate the foundational infrastructure of our technology supporting these critical groups.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Sales & Marketing Solution Architect role will help define and design a B2B Sales and Marketing platform that is secure, reliable and scalable to 1 billion MAUs. They will apply their technical expertise in 3rd party sales and marketing tools to assess and select the systems that position BABVIP B2B for rapid growth. They will bring their strong expertise in B2B sales and marketing motions to optimize processes and apply technical solutions that yield the best return on investment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Define and design technical solutions to link business processes across Sales and Marketing
• Develop functional and technical blueprints of B2B processes that span Sales, Success and Marketing
• Create incident mgmt. and BCP/DR policies and practices that support the B2B Systems platform; i.e. backup & recovery, archival, resource monitoring, audit logging
• Partner with Business Systems Analyst to verify process and data integrity across B2B Systems platform; use cases, data integration, security, etc.
• Assess and recommend system solutions that support B2B scale, security and operational support
• Partner with B2B Systems, Sales and Marketing to develop multi-year B2B solution roadmap that supports BABVIP goal of 1 billion MAU
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
• 3 years of demonstrable technical Sales and Marketing experience within IT environments.
• 5 years of experience delivering solutions for ERP’s, NetSuite preferred deep understanding of technical security and marketing compliance policies.
• Experience thriving in agile software development and project management approaches.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey abstract and complex concepts.
• Experience using written documentation, technical diagrams, and executive presentation abilities to influence business owners to the right scalable outcomes
