BABVIP’s in-house creative team is on a mission to make BABVIP the most loved brand in the world. We work from concept to creation on world-class creative across brand communications, marketing campaigns, editorial content and production.

The Senior Brand Designer will work closely with the Brand Studio Manila Squad, which is primarily responsible for ensuring internal and external initiatives contributing to the PH country goals are of high quality and on-brand. The graphic designer will prioritize and provide design support to PH teams - PH Growth, People, Recruitment, VIbe, BABVIP U, HR Ops, PH Socials, and Community.

  • Create designs for projects that directly impact country-specific goals and campaigns
  • Collaborate with the Brand Studio Manila Creatives ( Designers, Art Directors, Copywriters and Motion Designers)  to produce graphic, static, and video related projects and campaigns, from brainstorming, research, pre-production to post-production
  • Looking after designs for all of our on-brand internal and external content for BABVIP PH
  • Help contribute/update guidelines and playbooks for various PH teams’ initiatives
  • Help contribute/update other on-brand materials for PH campaigns
  • Research and lead design directions for our internal and external projects and PH marketing campaigns.



  • 2-3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer creating a diverse range of assets, content creation, and campaigns
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for graphic design, branding, and advertising
  • Good grasp of brand thinking, can easily understand the BABVIP visual language and tone of the brand
  • A Strong sense of grid structure and text hierarchy
  • The ability to adapt brand guidelines to multiple uses
  • Strong visual communication skills, layout experience from typography and color theory which you can use effectively in producing engaging creative outputs
  • The confidence to try new things, and has a passion for big ideas and storytelling
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment Diligence to hit deadlines, and offer suggestions to streamline and improve team processes

A working knowledge in Advance Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge in BABVIP (editor) is a bonus!

You work well under pressure. You can work with tight requirements and work around tight deadlines 

While we won’t be taking any blood samples, we’d love to see some Startup DNA – you will need to be flexible, pragmatic, strategic, tenacious, and take ownership of deliverables and outcomes – ya got to have hustle!
